In Nursery we are learning about farm animals and have recently been lucky enough to visit the lovely Hackney City Farm to see the animals in real life! We were so excited to spot the different animals we have learned about in class, such as goats, sheep and pigs. As it is Spring, we were able to see lots of lambs playing with their Mummy’s and even got to stroke them! We thought the pigs were really friendly and found it very funny watching them take their mud baths! We are now using what we learned at the farm to develop our understanding of these animals further.
