School Dinner taster session

Our school chef put on a treat for parents by inviting them to try some tasters of the school dinners he provides daily. Dean explained how he makes sure  school dinners are healthy, how the portions are decided and what the school menu looks like weekly. He also talked about how many portions of meat, chicken,  fresh fruit and vegetables children have opportunities to eat.

Parents were asked about their opinions on the food and Dean answered questions they had. Parents were very pleased after tasting the food and complimented the quality and taste.
