I have lived a short walk from Thomas Fairchild for over ten years and have always been keen to get more involved in the local community. When my daughter joined the school in 2012 I could see the school was on the start of a new and exciting journey and I was keen to get more involved as a parent and as a member of the community.

What are your hobbies? I like food (cooking and eating!), music, art and culture, and walking.

What do you think is special about Thomas Fairchild Community School? Thomas Fairchild is an incredibly welcoming and open school. The children are always smiling and there is a real sense of pride both from the pupils and staff.

Which subject are you linked to? I am link governor for Creative Arts.
